The treatment of personal data

It is understood that the personal data transmitted to "CATTANEO MAGAZZINI SRL" will be preserved and treated with the security and secrecy guarantees provided by Italian Law D. Lg. 30 june 2003, n. 196 and will be used solely and exclusively for the fulfillment of the assignment received, as well as for the obligations provided for by law.
The processing of the data may only be effected by persons entrusted to it pursuant to art. 30 del D.Lg.106/03, in paper, telematics and computer science.
In any case, the data transmitted will not, in any way, be transferred to third parties, save the prior consent of the person concerned.
The nature of data transfer is optional. However, the same data is necessary for the proper performance of the job. In the absence of the contribution it is therefore impossible to carry out any activity in favor of the applicant.
The person concerned may at any time exercise the rights provided for in art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003, no. 196, including requesting the modification, integration, updating, confirmation or deletion of the stored data.
